Can you really come out and start the next day?
Yes! Painting project only. As long as the materials are selected, the written estimate is approved, and the deposit of the project is paid, yes we can come out and start the next day! .
How long will it take you to complete my project?
We pride ourselves on speed, but never sacrifice quality for speed. It really depends on the service you choose.
Do you do exterior painting?
Yes, we paint everything from cedar to siding to stucco and more. We also paint gutters, decks and fences. View our Residential Services.
Do I need to be out of my home during the painting process?
We don’t make anyone leave their home. Our paints emit low VOC so there are no harsh odors or fumes and we strive to complete the job with minimal disruption.
Will I need to be home to let you in? Can I leave you a key?
If you aren’t able to be home, you can absolutely leave us a key. We will work out any specific details and accommodate your situation however necessary.
What preparation do I need to do before you come and paint?
Remove any valuable and fragile items. Other than that – not much! If you need any assistance moving furniture or removing things from the walls, we’re glad to help.
Will there be any mess for me to clean up after you’re done?
Never. We take great pride in leaving your living space better than we found it.
Do you power wash exterior areas before you paint?

Do you provide wood-staining services?
We do. Often, customers want their deck power washed and freshly stained.
Can you offer professional consulting on color and design options?
Yes. While some of our customers have colors & design in mind, others don’t. We provide a full color consultation at your location, and if needed and we can recommend a local paint vendor partner where you can source color samples for your project. We accommodate a variety of consultation needs.
Can you work after business hours to avoid disruption?
Yes, for commercial projects – we can work around your schedule.
Is your painting process eco-friendly?
Yes. We use zero and low VOC paint types that are better for the environment.
How much home improvement experience do you have?
Most members of the team have at least 10 years experience but many have 20 or more years experience.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our work! In order to provide you with the utmost peace of mind, we do provide a limited written warranty that is one of the best in the industry.
Will there be any hidden fees or price increases after the work has started?
Although there can be unforeseen changes, our estimates are thorough and we promise not to tack on hidden fees. Any additional charges after the work begins are usually discussed as an option in advance.
Are you more expensive than your competitors because you’re faster?
No. We value minimizing disruption and completing jobs in a timely manner and don’t charge a premium for it.
